What We Offer
Whether you’re returning to exercise, building strength for the first time, working around aches or injuries, or simply wanting more support than a class can offer — sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress with confidence.
There’s no pressure, no shouting, and no “one size fits all” approach.
All sessions take place in our private gym studio in Glaisdale, North Yorkshire - a calm, welcoming space away from the noise and crowds of a commercial gym.

How it works
1:1 sessions tailored entirely to you
2:1 sessions available for those who’d like to train with a partner, friend, or family member
Available as 6-, 8-, or 12-week programmes, or as a block of 10 sessions (to be used within 6 months of purchase)
Initial consultation to understand your goals, history, and needs
Programmes adjusted as you progress
2:1 sessions are a popular option for those who enjoy shared motivation and a supportive, familiar training dynamic.
Who you’ll be working with
Personal training at Melody’s Stone is led by Nadia and Guy — Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers with a shared focus on safe, supportive, and thoughtful training.
Our Trainers;
Nadia is also a Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor, meaning she is qualified to support clients returning to exercise after illness, injury, or with certain health considerations, and to adapt training appropriately and safely.
Guy brings a strong background and personal interest in boxing and functional training, which often shows up in sessions through pad work, conditioning, and confidence-building movement — always tailored to the individual and never intimidating or competitive - always guided by what feels right for you.
Together, our approach is about helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more at ease in your body — not pushed, judged, or overwhelmed.
