Welcome to Melody’s Stone, a warm, welcoming wellness studio rooted in the heart of the North Yorkshire countryside, based in the village of Lealholm.
We offer a thoughtful blend of holistic therapies, movement and fitness, designed to support both physical wellbeing and a sense of calm, balance and confidence. Our services include reflexology, Reiki, Swedish massage, personal training, and a wide range of group exercise and mobility-focused classes — all delivered in a supportive, inclusive environment.
At Melody’s Stone, we believe wellness should feel accessible, grounded and personal. Whether someone is new to movement, returning after time away, or simply looking for space to care for themselves, we meet people where they are and support them gently forward.
Our name is inspired by Melody’s Stone, also known as Super 7 — a crystal traditionally associated with balance, clarity and transformation. This symbolism sits at the heart of our approach: combining gentle energy with practical, evidence‑based care that supports real, lasting change.
Over time, the studio has naturally grown into a community wellbeing hub, supporting people of all ages and abilities — including older adults, those seeking to improve mobility or confidence, and individuals looking to build strength, resilience and overall wellbeing through movement.
Alongside the studio, we are also developing Melody’s Stays — two beautifully refurbished holiday cottages in nearby Glaisdale, nestled within the North York Moors and a short drive from the coast. Designed with rest and restoration in mind, they offer a peaceful retreat for those wishing to combine countryside relaxation with wellness experiences.
Whether you’re joining us for a one‑off treatment, a regular class, personal training, or a restorative break, you’ll be welcomed with warmth, care and a genuine sense of community.
