What We Offer
Melody’s Stone is led by Nadia and Guy, both Level 3 Personal Trainers, with classes overseen by a Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor and Les Mills Advanced Instructor.
This allows us to deliver safe, high-quality sessions that support a wide range of abilities, including those who benefit from a more considered approach to building strength, mobility and confidence.

A chair-based class focusing on gentle strength, mobility and confidence. Suitable for those with reduced mobility, balance concerns or joint stiffness, with exercises adapted to individual needs in a calm, supportive environment.
