What We Offer

Melody’s Stone is led by Nadia and Guy, both Level 3 Personal Trainers, with classes overseen by a Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor and Les Mills Advanced Instructor.

This allows us to deliver safe, high-quality sessions that support a wide range of abilities, including those who benefit from a more considered approach to building strength, mobility and confidence.

  • Benefits - Improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm

  • Benefits - Based on athletic training principles, this core training workout is designed to make you stronger and assist with balance and injury prevention.

  • Designed to elevate you physically and mentally – and leave you feeling calm, centered and renewed.

  • Focuses on functional strength, movement and cardiovascular fitness to support everyday life. Expect a varied, motivating workout that can be easily adapted to suit different fitness levels, with plenty of guidance and encouragement throughout.

  • High-energy interval class focusing on short bursts of work followed by brief recovery periods. It’s designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and stamina in a time-efficient way, with clear options and coaching provided to suit different fitness levels and confidence.

  • Our Wellness Club is a friendly, welcoming class for older adults, focused on building strength, improving mobility, and boosting confidence.

    With both seated and standing options available, each session is adapted to suit you in a relaxed and supportive environment.
